Assistance

Assistance can be useful for passengers who have intellectual or cognitive disabilities (ADHD, autism, language and hearing impairments, dementia or other cognitive disabilities). We do recognise that each individual experiences disability differently.

Quick tips

Here are some quick tips that can make your travel a little bit smoother:

  • Arrive at the airport in good time in advance so that you have enough time to find your way and ask for help if you feel unsure about something.
  • Make sure you have easy access to all your travel documents (including ID/passport)
  • Informing our crew and let us know how we can help you. We aim to make your journey comfortable, but our crew can't assist with tasks like eating, taking medication, using the toilet, or communication. For these needs, please travel with a safety assistant.
